Modernising Workforce Intelligence with TRAEMS

Cecure Intelligence Limited (CIL) partnered with a large UK Public Sector organisation to modernise their resource and absence management using the TRAEMS platform. By implementing a multimodal AI orchestration layer, CIL transformed the client’s legacy workforce management into a real-time, AI-driven operation that integrates seamlessly with existing HRIS and Payroll systems, such as Oracle HCM and Zellis.

The client managed thousands of employees using legacy systems (like iTrent) that required extensive manual data entry. A major operational hurdle was reconciling "Right to Work" documents, site inspection records, and complex public-sector pay codes (e.g., Agenda for Change). CIL implemented the TRAEMS Multimodal AI Orchestration Layer to automate these complex workflows:

Document & Identity Intelligence: CIL integrated Amazon Textract (TextractClient) to automatically extract data from "Right to Work" documents and NIN records, enforcing strict schema validation to reject invalid formats before they reach the HRIS.

Audio & Speech Processing: For site inspections and field reports, CIL utilised Amazon Transcribe (TranscribeClient) to convert audio recordings into searchable text, which is then summarised using Amazon Bedrock.

AI-Driven Decision Support: We leveraged Amazon Bedrock (via the Converse API) to analyse integrated data from HRIS (Oracle HCM) and TRAEMS. This enabled automated "Harpur Trust v Brazel"- compliant calculations, including a 52-week rolling average of holiday pay.

Accessibility & Feedback: Amazon Polly (PollyClient) was integrated to synthesise summarised reports into audio, providing hands-free access for Ward Managers and field staff.

Secure Integration: CIL defined isolated Bedrock Knowledge Bases for each tenant, ensuring that sensitive payroll and identity data remained secure and compliant with UK GDPR.
