This collaboration aims to help our customers optimize their workloads, improve security measures, and streamline processes through an in-depth assessment of their environments against the six key pillars of the Well-Architected Framework.

Cecure Intelligence Onboarding Process
Upon engagement, Cecure Intelligence Limited works closely with AWS clients to gather relevant information about their cloud architecture, deployment practices, and business objectives. A Project plan will be sent to give you a timeline of the review duration and the members of the team involved with every stage. This initial phase lays the foundation for a tailored and effective Well-Architected Framework review.

Well-Architected Framework Review
Use the AWS Well-Architected tool to evaluate and assess your current solutions, and then we'll help you architect new innovative products and services. We talk directly to people involved with maintaining and developing your current environment to get a 360-degree view of your process including a Q/A session of 20 mandatory questions.

Well-Architected Framework Report
We will present our findings and reports, which include what parts of your environment are well-architected, need improvement, and have critical issues. We will also work collaboratively to create a prioritized plan to remediate 45% of the critical findings from the Well-Architected Review and go into remediation immediately if necessary.

Cost of Service
To ensure transparency and flexibility, CIL Support Services follows a straightforward service pricing.1
The cost of your Well-Architected Framework Review will be USD 5,000, which covers all phases of assessment, remediation, and AWS Credit assistance

A payment of USD 2,500 be collected at the start of the remediation engagement and USD 2,500 will be collected upon completion and review of the remediations.

As part of the project closeout, we will also help you access AWS credit when eligible. This is issued in the form of a USD 5,000 AWS credit code applied to your AWS account, which is contingent upon the completion of a customer satisfaction survey for the project.
